Choose a plan. I suggest the Basic or Choice method to beginner bloggers. Click “Select” to make your plan selection.

To check if your domain name is available, type it into the box on the left and click “next.”

Enter your current domain name in the box on the right and select “next” if you already have one and wish to use it for your blog. Use the appropriate box only if you have already paid for a domain registration!

You will be provided with a list of available domain names that are similar to the domain name if it is not available. You have the option to try a different name or select one of the recommended domains.

You will be sent to the registration page where you can enter all of your billing information when you have located an available domain name.

Selecting your hosting bundle is an additional requirement.

• With the exception of SiteLock Essentials and Professional Email, I uncheck the boxes that are beside the other services. You can order whatever fits your needs, but if you want to just start with the basics, then those should be enough to begin.

A password creation screen for your account will appear. You may then access your account by logging in at bluehost.com. After that, you may select “skip this step” on the subsequent pages.

The WordPress application will now be set up. To access your blog when it’s completed, click the “Log into WordPress” button.
